140lb body weight is laughable. Such a manlet. I do MMA training, and I eat 140lb kids for lunch. I'm 180lbs, but my trainer always puts me up against 220+ group. All the technique in the world won't save you for shit.
And one of the guys in the 220+ group benches 450lbs... for 5 reps.
But its cool, you're so strong and awesome.
