I really cant stand cottage cheese, you think a casein protein drink would be similar?  And I usually eat almonds through out the day.  Also how important is creatine?

casein protein shake is fine...try to avoid mixing yogurt and cottage cheese. Yogurt is high in sugar and generally lower in protein. I would stick to either pure cottage cheese or a good casein shake like optimum nutrition or NOW!

and this is why people that aren't professional trainers should not offer their free advice in this thread.

on a different note, got my GAT Jet Fuel in today and giving NOW! Green PhytoFoods a go as I've heard numerous people swear by them.

Any validity to greens in your opinion?

NOW! Green PhytoFoods is actually a great product for overall health and well being. It doesn't really support muscle building/maintenance, or fat loss - but it does aid in overall wellness in the human body. The ingredients which include spirulina, milk thistle, ginseng, green tea extract, etc - are all actually very important for immunity, overall well being, and long term health.

This is fine then - but let it be known that it is VERY rare for anyone to enjoy plain yogurt because of the sheer bitterness. I would say that 99% of people refer to yogurt as those sugary yogurt cups by dannon or yoplait. If you are eating 100% plain yogurt with NO added sugars and limiting it to no more than 100g (approx 4 oz) mixed with cottage cheese then it would be fine.

Yeah, I'm trying to optimize my overall well being considering that while cutting I may be missing out on certain nutrients from time to time.
