Will focus more on pulling chest, flex abs and keeping head in line with the back. Not sure if I'm missing something else.
Also, the movement where you first move the weight from the ground should be done with the legs right?
I knew it was horrible

tried to fix it on the second video even if it was more weight. Will do my best to control the back rounding the next week.
