Is bb'ing still your primary goal, Oak?
Because it seems you're straying a bit far off with all the oly lifts/crossfit sessions.

Even if you keep up with all your weekly hyp regimen, adding the above sessions so often (Plus I heard of your aerobic endeavors) will most likely hinder your progress.

Well my 1rm was 485 but I haven't tested it in a while, and my form was bad back then. I took time to drop the weight and fix form.

First time deadlifting, so would like a second opinion on my lifts.

Trainer said I rounded the back a bit but it was fine...I think it looks awful and will straighten my back on next workouts.

Yup I didn't like it either...thanks for the opinion ^_^

Will focus more on pulling chest, flex abs and keeping head in line with the back. Not sure if I'm missing something else.

Also, the movement where you first move the weight from the ground should be done with the legs right?

I knew it was horrible :p tried to fix it on the second video even if it was more weight. Will do my best to control the back rounding the next week.
