protein shake POST workout is best.
protein shakes will not make you gain weight, weight gainer shakes will.
fat burners when u first wake up and pre-workout.

you can do a LOT of exercises with your equipment...
trap - shrugs (front and back)
pecs - dumbbell flies/presses, dumbbell pullovers, bench press, incline press, decline press
biceps - db curls, bb curls, hammer curls
triceps - close grip bench press, kickbacks, skullcrushers, dips
