you should take 2 scoops mixed with water post workout no matter what...

however, you can also use it as a protein supplement throughout the day if you are slacking with protein dietarilly - however its better to eat lean protein foods - but sometimes this is hard, and thats where the shakes come in.

the most optimal dosage is to take 1 dose in the morning and 1 pre workout (as long as there are at least 4-6 hrs between doses)

Hey Raynor,

Few more questions.

Is it better to take protein before or after you work out?

If i do start taking protein, like whey and stuff will it make me gain weight? And if im looking more to lose weight, Should i just stay away

From Protein?

When should i take fat burners?

What are some good multivitimans/Supps i should get for weightloss?

What are some good exersices that i can do with a normal weight bench for my traps/pecs/biceps/tricpes? (Just normal benching? And would i still benifit
From curling with a normal bar vs with a curl bar?

hey there.

protein shake POST workout is best.

protein shakes will not make you gain weight, weight gainer shakes will.

fat burners when u first wake up and pre-workout.

multivitamin = NOW! Adam (take it 2x a day)

you can do a LOT of exercises with your equipment...

trap - shrugs (front and back)
pecs - dumbbell flies/presses, dumbbell pullovers, bench press, incline press, decline press
biceps - db curls, bb curls, hammer curls
triceps - close grip bench press, kickbacks, skullcrushers, dips

would I be okay if I used half serving now! adam + half serving of orange triad for my daily multi

I want to take advantage of the two and save on not buying other things, such as joint care/skin care benefit stuff.
