this is a scientifically debated question.

Some say that it improves the heart's resting function by strengthening its high points...allowing it to perform better at lower demand levels.

Others say that no amount of exercise can stengthen the heart - only dietary measures and sleep can affect the strength of the heart muscle.

Lastly, the 3rd ground says that the heart can NOT be strengthened no matter what and that we all have different hearts based on pure genetics and that's it - no improvement of the heart muscle possible.


So this question is purely subjective and I can't really give you a "correct" answer. Instead I have pointed you in the right direction as far as furthered research goes.

this is because of dehydration mostly, and to a lesser extent - gravity, and to an even lesser extent - fasting fat loss.

No safe way to look like that all day...dehydration is dangerous, gravity is unreasonable, and fasting is just plain stupid.

tons.

Supplementation - Such as arginine/ornithine (takes 5g every 3 hours), vaso products, etc.

Diet - Lots of water, try sodium cycling (mildy dangerous - especially if your heart isnt up to snuff) which is where you take a full day or few days of ZERO or NEAR-ZERO sodium - then you spike it the next few days with a SUPER-HIGH dose of sodium (5-10G) - this will force your blood vessels to expand rapidly to deal with the very thick blood you are creating through the sodium increase (which also rapidly increases blood pressure) - I do NOT recommend this, but I know quite a few bodybuilders who DO do this.

Exercise - pumping exercises are key for building vascularity - failure sets, breakdowns, etc. are all very important.

Heres what I think I typed.

5'11 soccer player, at 170ish. Looking to cut around 140-150. Suggestions?

I have orange triad, fish oil, and protein already. I know the basics of working out, but not the advanced shit.
