pushups 75. going for a mild walk. got my bike so biking in the near future woo. wanna add more cardio slept 4 hours in 3 days fun

Tired today barely slept since few,days took a walk gonna do yoga stretches 30 minutes than meditation

have you tried an old cast iron skillet to the back of the head for sleep? i heard you wake up with a killer migraine but it knocks you out like a light.

At least cook a nice meal full of protein in said skillet, 25lbs... You could probably just throw a whole cow on there, THEN, whack yourself upside the head
