gz on solid new pr!

great gains for a month of serious lifting

great thread, helps me get motivation to get as much gains as you, no joke

almost @ that 1k club?

890 total now, unfortunately I need new programming, I've stalled twice on bench and had to reset, and haven't come close to stalling on deads, and squats have been fine. I think the programming is a little bit poorly setup, or maybe my bench just doesn't move.

295 moved pretty easily

315 fail, I'm pretty sure I could've gotten it with a few more attempts, but I was really tired today

He benches over 275 high bar ATG like 365 for reps I think he's also smaller than me

instead of moving to the intermediate portion of my programming, I just swapped to the texas method, which is basically a much simpler version of my current programming (without auto-regulation/rpe load drops etc)

mon
230 squats 5x5
157.5 bench 5x5
300 dead 1x5

anyone know if 2x5 deadlifts on mondays (volume day) are fine, since I'm pulling sumo (less strain on CNS/muscles than conventional) don't tell me to do fuking power cleans...

wed 185 squat 2x5
125 bench 3x5

friday gonna set 2 5 rep prs here's my weights set up, will post all vids though

255 squat 1x5
175 bench 1x5
330 deadlift 1x5

started my bench really conservatively, and only moving that one up 2.5lbs/week

keeping my volume and rest days at the same weight for 3 weeks before recalculating them.

Try using the SSPT deadlift table for deadlift. More focus on form and setup.

Can you give me a shoutout in your next vid?

Good luck on the new program. No problem if it takes a bit longer right? Progression is progression.
