Gym won't allow it. I've seen one dude use it but he like sneaks it in a little tupperware and carefully puts it on his hands lmfao.

I'm sure it would help me alot. I should just get some and do it for deads. I'll check my sports store tomorrow.

I just bring mine in a separate gym bag, this gym technically doesn't allow it either...it's on the rules list.

But that guy is one of the owners of the gym so I guess it's ok since I just told him I'm using it lol.

Dude what happens with your gyms?

You're not allowed to use chalk, some other gyms don't even have a squat rack or thing like that, or won't let you do deadlifts... wtf

Tell them that if you're not able to train properly you might as well not be able to pay them properly :P

:O. I suppose the worst that can happen is that they ask me to stop. Hmm...

We shall see what I can pull on fri with a little chalk :O. 455x6 here I come :O.

Hopefully... And I've been going from a dead stop now also. Much more difficult

Oak - I've heard people say that but I can't imagine it works as well... Dunno tho. I've never used either.
