why do you feel like you're on the sauce though?
Like Dorian Yates advocates
I was joking but main reason is because for the first time in a while im able to perform all 3 lifts (bench/squat/dead)
without extreme discomfort.
So basically im the strongest i've ever been.
(basically meaning I've squated 350x3 parallel n deaded 420x1.. but Im moving other weights much more fluently now, and I feel more comfortable about going heavier)

I lift up the bar from the floor in the first reps, and in the following ones I let it go down until it almost touches the floor, but I never touch it. Should I?
I already answered this in the pic thread... I suggest doing rest/pause when deading, its doing wonders for my singles,
before the first rep was the hardest when doing touch-n-go ... but now my first rep is the best and more explosive.
