when will you start training snatch again? Any plan of competing in PL/OL soon?

Well, I think snatching might never happen again thanks the the nerve damage in my wrist, will try and go to see a doctor soon who hopefully have some idea what to do.
And as a bonus my wrist became inflamed like 2-3weeks ago so can't do any upperbody training or frontsquats atm, backsquats & pulls only atm...

Will see how competeing will go this year, got a couple of meets planned (local gymmeet around halloween and district championships in november, powerlifting), not sure if I can do them though since I might move abroad.

Depends on how much longer my back and wrist will keep messing with me, back is almost good(I hope...) but wrist/forearm is hurting like hell during presses and dl'ing like above 180.

But to set some sort of numbers for how I am feeling atm; 182.5/105/220 for first one, and maybe 185-105-225 for the other one.
I'm counting on that bench will not increase at all.

If back/wrist heals up fast and training goes as planned 185/107.5/227.5 and 190/110/235.
It might go higher if I actually land on a decent weight in the -93 aswell (I'm like 86 atm so...)
E: If training and all goes to hell I'll just stick with help coaching the people I train with.

Lol'd at that scream Money :D

Dat bench! I hope it gets better m8. I noticed your wrists are in a bad position when you jerk. It might be a big factor.

Well, I basically noticed that I lacked the necessary shoulder mobility. However, I did it out of boredom in a shoulder day and without having checked the form before in videos, though, and my grip was kinda like a bench press one instead of a snatch, which didn't allow much RoM.

I never tried again regardless :(

PS Besides I could clean & jerk at home without dropping the weights, but snatch? Not that sure.
PS2 fuckers I want to learn French
