your volume, are u doing random reps after 10 reps on bench, or were they to failure where u missed your next rep, or did you rack it before failure?

Missed the 9th rep on the 3rd set. Otherwise I stop the rep before failure. I always refuse spotters btw. Benched 275x3 without one.

Haha legs are the exception because high rep squats are torture. However, after those everything else is high rep

After the squats
4-5x10-15 Leg extensions/close stance hack squats superset
4x10-12 per leg lunges
4x8-15 lying leg curls
3x12-15 single leg curls
4x15-20 hip abductor/adductor
4-5x10-15 standing calf raises
3-4x12-15 seated calf raises

I'm EXTREMELY lazy with legs so excuse the lack of volume and deficiency of "hard" exercises hehe. Anyway, that's what it's looked like these past few weeks.
Also, I've just begun working calves for BASICALLY the first time ever this past 6-8 weeks (before that just very sporadic and never much).

Did crossfit today. Managed a hand clean double with 245 and a single with 265 (which is a pr) inside the WOD.
