After the squats
4-5x10-15 Leg extensions/close stance hack squats superset
4x10-12 per leg lunges
4x8-15 lying leg curls
3x12-15 single leg curls
4x15-20 hip abductor/adductor
4-5x10-15 standing calf raises
3-4x12-15 seated calf raises
I'm EXTREMELY lazy with legs so excuse the lack of volume and deficiency of "hard" exercises hehe. Anyway, that's what it's looked like these past few weeks.
Also, I've just begun working calves for BASICALLY the first time ever this past 6-8 weeks (before that just very sporadic and never much).
