Genetics hes tall and has high insertions on calves.... i dunno if he work calves but i sure he does based on hid previous comments.

yea my calves suck, easily the weakest point. I do train them and ive been adding more volume to see if it helps

I don't do 1x maxes, but here's what I lift when I work out

DL: 240x10
Squat (easily my weakest): 190*10
DB bench: 70 each hand x10

Getting some volume in because i'll be leaving for 3 weeks for the gymnastic and cheerleading camp on august 4th. I might be able to lift at the gym once a week. Otherwise I'll do a lot of rings :D

Man my bench press used to be pretty weak too. 2 smolov jr cycles helped A LOT.

You should give it a try! What's your current bench m8? Also nice squat ;)

Eh I've just given up on strength now haha.. I really only want size so I've been sticking to db bench and I haven't went over the 120s for high reps in awhile.

Given up on strength yet proceed to squat 500x2 haha :P

You're a closet powerlifter Shane ;)

Strength training seems to have increased my volume capacity. benching 225 for reps when I used to struggle doing 6-7 reps with it.
