they look ~15" now....


16-17" some where there.. My bicep growth the first year was AMAZING. I also did biceps three times a week..

Then I stopped, and although my bicep strength has definitely grown (curling them 24kg dbs) they don't seem bigger from when I was 16 :(

Horrible pose though. Not good for chest/arms.. Liked the abs/shoulders there though. Pic taken before workout.

Point of the picture was to look like Zyzz, but failed, because Zyzz apparently stands strand and the photographer stands straigh infront of him.

I deleted the original. I posted that in my thread if you want to dig, go ahead. What difference does it make. Its just black/white.

the difference is huge/shadows etc

I think u might of argued wit alpha, because u said u posted the edited version on Facebook n it makes u look 5x better
im jst trying to get a good look at ur arms, because like I said... they look 15.5 and your saying they're 16-17
