The whole point of the block is to prove that you can close the gripper from the same point as everyone else who tries it. Rather than people closing it from their own preferred distances it makes it fair for everyone

Hahaha it felt pretty easy, I dunno what it was, felt so good. And that was a 15lbs PR lol

Impressive lift, speed was there!

If you dont mind a little critique, watch them toes flare out when you caught the clean and it might eventually cause a knee problem.
but I understand it was a max lift and a 15lb pr too so gz!

Good catch, I agree. I actually have been diagnosed with Osgoods-Shlatters (spl?)....basically a very tight patella tendon that pulls in the tibial bone and creates calcium buildup, ill have to take a pic sometime.
Getting my Rehbands in soon to help keep my knees warm and also waiting for X-rays to be examined. Hopefully no surgery!

Join the club. I've had mine since I was 12. Still there. No improvement.

No pain anymore though so no care. :)
