how can i target this portion of the calf? as in the inside of the leg, not the outside

i have shitty calf genetics(so im told), so i am trying to work my calves like crazy, but it seems that the outside is developing more than the inside

i have been mixing in standing calf raises, seated calf raises, leg press calf raises, and tib raises..but i wasnt sure if i should try angling my feet in different ways or what i should do to put mor emphasis on the inside part


i'll be totally honest with you.

I have terrible calves...regardless of the training I do. Some people have great calf genetics....others don't. I have done every training you can imagine, including arnolds specific calf training and was never able to make any headway. I have given up and just train my calves for power and not size now. The best way to build full range calves (if genetics allow) is for you to do the full gauntlet of calf exercises including: Standing calf raises, seated calf raises, donkey calf raises, single leg calf raises, leg-press calf raises, reverse calf raises, then start alternating your stance...point your toes in, out, and to the middle on all of these exercises to work the varying parts of the calf.

260lbs
19 yrs old

I have TERRIBLE eating ethics (I.e. I eat fast food every day/ I Sleep, Eat, Sleep/ I don't exercise./ and I have high Cholesterol

I am not really sure to many things about physical fitness, or rules to the trade or anything. I never really cared until about a week ago.

(If I say anything incorrect or if I want something that is impossible, just let me know.)

I want to get muscle (I don't really know the difference between cut and bulk)
I would really LOVE to have a 4 pack or something going on.

I am not looking to be a body builder or anything like that....I just want to have a better physical appearance.

If you can, shoot me some possibilites of what I can do with my body at this age/weight and we can go from there on what I want.

Also, save me from this Cholesterol problem!

Cut meens when you have like 1 or 2 % of body fat around that muscle

Sck , correct me if im wrong :)

im pretty sure you'd get extremely sick/near death at 1% body fat. 10% is somewhere around what people would consider cut. less than that and you're getting closer to bodybuilding comp. levels.

Quick question Rayor,

If I begin plateauing on a bench a bit under my body weight, would doing daily push-ups benefit me at all in increasing my max sets? I've been doing madcows 5x5 for about 2 months, and my max set of 5x bench is stuck, and I have no idea how to increase it further, I know I have more in me since it is about 20 pounds under my weight.

Hey,
Im heading down to florida next week, i will have a ccess to a gy mso its all good. But i got a question, im currently trying to gain a bunch of weight (currently 6'5" 190 lbs) so ive been eating lots and ahve been gaining a steady pound a week over the last four weeks. i usually dont do too much cardio maybe run for a half hour twice a week. But while im in florida i was thinking for runing a couple miles every morning(or bike) as well as my normal workout, would this be harmfull to my bulking at all?

Hey guys im 16
I weight 73 kilograms
im 1.83 tall.
Dno in lbs , ft im sorry.
My parrents forbid me to go to the gym now
and i need a great other way to buff up a lil more
Any advice?
Also can anyone advice me what to eat
What meals?
I just want to keep in shape , not something overbuffed im just 16
Don't want to go over 75kg
