Here's a tip. If that's the distance you're going for, pick a weight that you can't complete the whole course with in 1 go. You'll drop the weight somewhere along the line, just take a breather (3-5 secs), regrip and go again till you complete the distance.
You'll make much better progress that way.
Sounds good, I'll give it a go next time.
My grip wasn't anywhere near failure on that run, was more so my shoulders and traps that were hurting.
One thing I noticed, and it's something I do with most exercises but just noticed it more with this one, is I forget to keep myself tight. My stomach was getting very relaxed and my shoulders too.
