Some can argue if their harder or not. I got my bar in about a month of training, then not even a week later i got rings. i think the rings are easier because they can move with you.

Non kip ring ups are brutal

to be honest i can do roughly around 10 bar muscle ups ina row and i tried doing it on rings and couldnt get one. was discouraging so i have never tried again because i don't know any places with rings for me to use and im also not intrigued enough to learn the form for rings

Made me lol, but yes it's ring muscle ups unless i specify bar muscle ups, which i never do cause i've done like 3. lol

A) Warmed up with just the bar and then went

B)135lbs
155lbs
175lbs

C)4 rounds + 2 Squats
4 Rounds + 3 Power cleans
3 rounds + 6 squats
4 rounds + 1 Squat
3 rounds + 4 pushups.

Harder than i thought it was going to be. Power cleans got heavy pretty quickly.
