I wasn't really trying to keep bf% down, i think metabolism will keep that down (double edged sword -.-, love it and hate it). Lately I haven't been keeping up with my caloric intake >.< slowed down a bit on the eating, but keeping the protein intake. I'm hoping to be ~163-165 by new years.
@7; we need to have the picture on new years w/ paper?
edit: That is if i'm in or not, dunno wut rules etc.
@chris (or was it cody? goddamn it I always confuse you two!): My brother started on the russian 9 week program ~2 weeks ago, I'll let you know how he does (6'1", 170, 21y/o)
