A hybrid but definitely going more of a hypertrophy route and then change back into strength for when I run a mini cut.

Was supposed to take a day off today, but got bored and decided to go to the gym and see where my bench strength was at for fun. I hit shoulders yesterday but they didn't feel bad so w/e

Hit 315x5 on bench fairly easily. This is the first time I've even pressed over 275 in a few months (Almost 3 or so). Felt heavy as fuck as soon as I unracked it.

Was lots of fun just to go dick around tho.

Csb. No video phaggots. I've already got a bench video of 315x7 in here somewhere :P
