My new gym is awesome. Tons of powerlifting/strongman stuff. Did a 160lb atlas stone, failed on a 200lb.  Fucked around with some big tires too.

Did lots of griptraining today (axle dl's/axle rows/gripper etc), my forearms have never had doms like this before.

I love grabbing like a barbell with like 225 on it or 100 lb dbs and doing static hold for 20-30 secs then super setting with forearm curls.

so yeah did a 145kilo/320poundsx5x3 bench the other day. did a 160kilo/353pound one rep yesterday which a guy at the gym filmed and will send to me hopefully. this is @ 195 bodyweight



that was second set. could have done more i think but i had no spotter available :(

thx i've been trying to get to 400 pound for years lol but i don't think i can do it unless i gain weight. atm i'm more interested in getting my squat to 500
