I had a vid of when I started dead lifting, with a lift at 500 and an attempt at 511, and my first bench press at 265 and 310 lbs, derrrrp. A friend recorded me, but he never gave me the videos

Will record from time to time when I start training again, but after seeing your squats improving in 6 months what mine didn't in 3 years I got deprrrresssedddd lol
