While lifting, you can pop a rib out doing a lot of different things.

i'm assuming the same thing as a turned rib head?

if so, those fucking suck..i would get that every few months when i would get in a bad position when throwing...had to see a chiropractor and do a lot of stretching, ice and heat

Brokeback mountain strength

I was actually pretty happy, because my back used to be utter shit, but I started hitting it 5 times a week and my pull up strength exploded up and I got some more mass too

This is from the end of last summer, when I stopped training seriously. After that I played around for some more months after trying WSBB at the end of summer and shortly after Christmas I quit.

Wings are nothing to write home about, though, but given my shoulder width I'm happy with that

I never posted anything because I didn't have a camera lol

I had a vid of when I started dead lifting, with a lift at 500 and an attempt at 511, and my first bench press at 265 and 310 lbs, derrrrp. A friend recorded me, but he never gave me the videos :(

Will record from time to time when I start training again, but after seeing your squats improving in 6 months what mine didn't in 3 years I got deprrrresssedddd lol
