I don't have a spotter so I only use db's. Also I wanted to find my way around the gym and gain some muscle before doing power lifts, so I don't know what my squat, dead lift, or flat BB bench are at. I am going to start doing them at the end of December.

Flat DB press 70x8
incline DB 60x8
decline DB 70x8
Tri's
Skull crushers 60x8
Bi's
Easy grip standing curls 80x8
Shoulders
Arnolds 55x6
Those are a few estimates, I never have tried to see what my max's are, but those numbers are a 1 or 2 reps higher than what I do on my last working set.
