i picked up an EAS Myoplex Lite chocolate chocolate chip crisp
i kind of like it its the only protein bar i have tried and actually liked any advise?
for sweet cravings try the following:
1. cottage cheese mixed with berries, cinnamon, and xylitol (sweetener) throw in the freezer for a few hours...when it comes out, tastes like ice cream.
2. oh yeah wafer bars, zero impact bars, power crunch bars
3. diet soda
4. half of a pure 72% or better dark chocolate bar (notice the sugar content is very low)
5. cup of mixed berries + no sugar added yogurt or whipped cream
6. protein peanut butter cookies (take peanut butter, I recommend power PB - add xylitol, egg, and flax seed oil - mix thoroughly with your hands, pat into about 1/8" thick patties, put in the oven at 400 degrees bake, let sit in there for approx 15 mins - enjoy)
