Have you ever made your own gainer shake? Or do you stand by cytogainer

I looked back and didnt see anything unless i missed it umm whats the best thing to eat

if i get a sweet tooth, and crave a snickers bar or something, also

i picked up an EAS Myoplex Lite chocolate chocolate chip crisp

i kind of like it its the only protein bar i have tried and actually liked any advise?

Sorry wouldnt let me edit also when you say 3 eggs in the morning do you mean crack them into a glass and

drink them or cook them? let me know thanks

Cooked. Hard boiled if you like them better that way. :P

cytogainer is usually my favorite...however to make a gainer shake is pretty easy.

2 scoops whey isolate
6 tbsp peanut butter
1 whole banana
2 cups whole milk
handful mixed berries
4 tbsp granola

mix it up with some ice.

for sweet cravings try the following:


1. cottage cheese mixed with berries, cinnamon, and xylitol (sweetener) throw in the freezer for a few hours...when it comes out, tastes like ice cream.

2. oh yeah wafer bars, zero impact bars, power crunch bars

3. diet soda

4. half of a pure 72% or better dark chocolate bar (notice the sugar content is very low)

5. cup of mixed berries + no sugar added yogurt or whipped cream

6. protein peanut butter cookies (take peanut butter, I recommend power PB - add xylitol, egg, and flax seed oil - mix thoroughly with your hands, pat into about 1/8" thick patties, put in the oven at 400 degrees bake, let sit in there for approx 15 mins - enjoy)

always cook your eggs.

uncooked eggs are useless. only about 15-20% of raw egg protein can be properly digested and assimilated in the body. By cooking the egg, you are utilizing the full potential of the albumin protein.

I got a question about my pre/post workout during my cardio days.( I'm cutting atm)

Ussualy when I lift and do cardio I take :

Pre : 2g beta-a, 5g creatine, 10g bcaa
Right before cardio : 10g bcaa
Post : 2g beta-a, 5g creatine, 45g whey, 50g dextrose

On my cardio days only ( I'm dropping the dextrose, I am doing it right ?)

pre : 2g beta-a, 5g creatine, 20g bcaa
post : 2g beta-a, 5g creatine, 45g whey

I'm wondering if it is okay to drop dextrose on cardio only days and if I should still take creatine/beta-a pre-cardio

yes absolutely drop the dextrose on cardio days...you need to just add additional bcaa's and whey isolate post-workout.
