did some outside pushups and 1 hour of walking and building cleaning good day. could use more sleep.

dint count cals for 2 days for birthday now back on track

165 push-ups biking plus 16 pullups not bad. Did ab vaccuums also

can you write up your favorite 3 meals for me? I'm at a similar size as when you started and I would love to try and drop 20-25 pounds.

Mostly steel oats morning egg whites 3x 4 spoons peanuts. Soya milk sometimes throw in fruit frozen. Sometimes turkey bacon 6-7 egg white omelette 2 Ezekiel organic bread

Lunch canned or fresh fish veggies. Quinoa plus meat or tofu protein. Steamed veggies.

Snacks almonds 150 Cal's worth.

Super sanwitch or wild rice with protein lean.

Pretty standard I also use fasting helps alot plus plyometrics and cardio light

Nothing great today 0 sleep 50 push-ups light walk. Bikes getting tune up ready Friday sunny outside a ride would of been nice

Did move a couch yesterday went for 2 walks 120 push-ups not bad bought new bathing suit yay old one way too large
