Mostly steel oats morning egg whites 3x 4 spoons peanuts. Soya milk sometimes throw in fruit frozen. Sometimes turkey bacon 6-7 egg white omelette 2 Ezekiel organic bread
Lunch canned or fresh fish veggies. Quinoa plus meat or tofu protein. Steamed veggies.
Snacks almonds 150 Cal's worth.
Super sanwitch or wild rice with protein lean.
Pretty standard I also use fasting helps alot plus plyometrics and cardio light
