well I deadlifted last.. wed and it felt pretty great.
I tried deadlifting a 2nd time and It was just too much too soon
soo Ill be deading probly 2x a month and see how that works
as far as squats go, no problems with lower back.
but there is discomfort in my ankle from the sprain when I go ATG
