315 x 7 - 365 x 7 today on my last set, building up to it
I'm doing a 7 x 7 right now after 2 warm up sets.
the - meaning i went from 315 to 365 through the 7 sets.
e:/ that's with straps, burns put me on this gripper program that has me unable to hold more than a shaker cup.
