started clean and jerks for the first time this past week.

Very fun change of pace than my normal routine.

Hit 175 for a single, though I know for a fact my form is flawed

I think he is talking about the band sleeves over his elbow to help bring it off his chest.

@ punner - The bands are to replicate the same idea as board press etc. Focus on locking out.

Oh, yeah. That version of the slingshot relieves about 100 lbs at the bottom.

Guy is still locking out 600 for 2 reps. Can probably nail 500 raw easy.

nice also whats the point of the band i never understood why not just add weights?
