Just started with powerlifting a bit, did(partly doing atm) weightlifting before that so squat is the main lift :)

Got a nerve (most likely) injury in right wrist in september, can't bend it sideways=can't grip wider than the tiny rings on the bar.
The only real reason I started with a bit with PL instead of only weightlifting.

After drinking beyond limit for 2 days it was not very fun to train today.
Managed to sprain my thumb aswell which wasn't a plus when using hookgrip

Squat workout today



It had been a while since I did high-bar olympic style squats. I wanted 455 but my left hip was bothering me.

Finished up with leg press, sumo deads for reps and some ab work.
