Day 3--( in kg)
1) Front Squat: 93/4, 108/4, 123/4, 130.6/4, (123/3, 130.6/3)2 28:28
2) Snatch: 71/3, 82/3, 93.5/3, 99/3, 105/1+miss,105/2, (93.5/2+miss)2, (93.5/3)2, 26:54
3) Clean & Jerk: 84/3+1, 98/3+1, 112/3+Miss, 118.3/3+miss, 126/miss, (clean extension 126/2) Clean and Jerk (112/3+1)3 31:85
4) Snatch Deadlift on blocks: (116.5/4, 128/4)3 24:109
5) Press: (65/5)4 20:129:369
I forgot I had backoff sets on snatch, took about 10 minutes of rest and was warming up on clean an jerk when I saw my workout said to do back off sets and I think that may have been part of the reason for my misses @ 93.5 for triples on snatch.
