I have a few questions

I'm 17 years old 6'0 170 lbs and i start my high school wrestling season in 9 days (this is my first year wrestling and I'm a senior)
could you possibly give me a diet/workout routine to cut body fat? I'm looking to either stay in the 170 weight class, or drop to 160 over time if cutting the body fat drops me to that weight, let me know, thanks in advance.

I highly recommend that you please search the last 10 pages on this thread....this question has been answered in full detail throughout the whole thread...particularly the last few pages. Once you have a good baseline established, come back and ask me something more specific.

sup raynor, could you give me a sample cutting diet? can only get 3 meals a day too, so what's a good cutting diet for breakfast/lunch/dinner

21 Years old.
6'2 230-240 lbs.

I want to cut body fat and start to enhancing my muscles.
Got a good workout for a guy my size? and a diet?

Just looking for your opinion. I just started my creatine loading phase (7 days of 20 grams a day, 5 morning, 10 intra, 5 night, or around there). Should I avoid drinking this weekend because of the dehydration that can come from the drinking, and my body using more water, or am I way off.

Hi Raynor, im 20 yrs old, 6'2 , 240, just comin back from a a torn achilles tendon, i do have full mobility back, im nervous about using it fully again, but i need to lose the weight i gained while i was out from it, gained about 30-35 pounds, just a basic workout plan, with a diet plan if u do that, or pm me or something, hopefully we can work something out, tyvm
