I should since I'm 6'2 but I don't want to for 2 reasons:
1) I hate eating that much food.
2) Don't want to have to buy whole new wardrobe of clothes. That's like 3k gone. My suites alone are 1k.

In other words, I'm probably not dedicated enough to make it to nationals. But you never know. That would be awesome though - haven't been east of Ontario yet. Need to taste the smoked meat, poutines and brush up on my french.

Stop dressing with tight jeans hahaha. When is your next meet?

Maybe once I start my prep in 16 weeks. Until then I have nothing to show in term of strength haha.

It's a bit early to tell still but here's what I have in mind:
355/235/525

I've had a hell of a time trying to increase my bench. Upped the frequency to 3x per week with more accessory work and it's been getting better.

As you can see, my target total still doesn't qualify me for provincials in the open 83KG :)

I've programed my next 22 weeks using block/linear/DU periodization. It's separated in 4 blocks. The first being low-med volume and low-med intensity and is acting like a deload. The 2nd block is high volume med intensity. The 3rd is med volume and med-high intensity. The last block is 7 weeks long and is the prak for november.

During the first 2 blocks im using lift variations mostly and it get more specific to closer I get to the meet.
