How come I see a lot of ppl bench on their toes?
What is the difference between on the toes or on the heels

I always thought drivin the heels through the floor would give more power

Can anyone clarify this for me. Thanks!

feet should be flat on the floor, and you are supposed to drive through your shoulders on the bench, back should be arched etc. go to the articles thread i posted, shows you the proper form for benching

Yeah.
My bench form is good.

But then I see some ppl even power lifters. Benching on their toes. With no heel on the ground.

There's gotta be some reasoning behind this.

And if I'm seeing correctly. Decop is benching on his toes in the vids he jus posted . Hard to tell

its just something some people do that makes them think they can get more weight up, they should be worried more about form than getting that extra 10lbs on their max though

should get some platforms to put em on, not that it really matters so long as you keep balance.

Never thought of that lol
Could make it uncomfortable

Do u usually bench with heels planted in the floor on a normal bench??

Do u find u push more weight. One way or the other?

Shuts got my curious. That is all. Lol
