not lying though lmao

started april 09 when i started lifting for football that was in end of 10th bout to be in 11th(11th started in a few months)

lifted till august 09 then had to stop until april of the next year.. 2010.. lifted until october that year then had to stop for sports until april of 11' and i've been going since then straight.. alot of time spent cutting during that but yeah

so i've been lifting exactly how long i've been saying for awhile now.. started 2 1/2 years ago with about a year off.. 10-12 months

doubters gonna doubt though

also i've never photoshopped one picture.. don't even know how to tbh.. messing with lighting doesn't equal photoshop

Everyone can tell the darker pictures are edited. Doesn't have to be photoshop, it can be any editing program. It's almost the same as BlueRevo oiling up before a picture. Adding specific lighting/shading creates illusion of lower bodyfat. The regular pictures, we clearly see the bodyfat is higher.

We've seen you at an all time high bodyfat. At a lower bodyfat and we've seen very VERY minimal progress. And unlike everyone else here who post insanely different pictures so it's hard to tell if they progressed or not, you post EXACTLY THE SAME SHOTS so we can clearly freakin see there's not much going on. How many RIGHT BICEP SHOTS have we seen? Like 12 000.

i've made more progress than the majority of people on this forum.. fact
doesn't really matter to me what you think though tbh

also must just be a typo

and im not editing it.. i just move the thing in the middle that like changes the lighting lol.. oh well though i just won't do it anymore
