started april 09 when i started lifting for football that was in end of 10th bout to be in 11th(11th started in a few months)
lifted till august 09 then had to stop until april of the next year.. 2010.. lifted until october that year then had to stop for sports until april of 11' and i've been going since then straight.. alot of time spent cutting during that but yeah
so i've been lifting exactly how long i've been saying for awhile now.. started 2 1/2 years ago with about a year off.. 10-12 months
