Had mamacita video tape todays (Sat. 23rd) deadlift because this is the most I've
everattempted to Deadlift.
I wasnt sure I was even going to get one rep but I wanted to see form too. ( I see I start to break on the 3rd rep but nothing horrendous given the PR)
Some of you know that I have/had chronic back pain within the last 2 years and during that time made it impossible to deadlift < 200lbs.
I am roughly 171lbs and 9wks out from my bodybuilding comp, all and all very pleased but would like to see bar speed be a lot faster... then again dieting is making me move a little slower
