Not sure, my jerks has started feeling really strong lately. Might try to go heavy this saturday if everything feels good, not sure if I will go for a C&J or just a jerk PR then though...
Might focus harder on bench/squat since contest next saturday (not a big one though) so we'll see!

How's the quad? Able to squat/dl properly? Bench looks solid as fuark, 300lbs+ on competition no doubt.
