Not sure, my jerks has started feeling really strong lately. Might try to go heavy this saturday if everything feels good, not sure if I will go for a C&J or just a jerk PR then though...
Might focus harder on bench/squat since contest next saturday (not a big one though) so we'll see! :)

How's the quad? Able to squat/dl properly? Bench looks solid as fuark, 300lbs+ on competition no doubt.

Oh ok! :) what are your goals for the competition?

Quads feels fine for now. I have a cheerleading state competition this weekend so it will be a good test since I injured myself with gymnastic and I have to do some in the competition as well. Will update on Sunday. Resting until then.

I hope I make it to 300 before june but idk. I have a neg to do with 330lbs/150kg in few weeks. ;)

165/105/205 would prolly be optimal for next week.
The comp in may I aim for 500+total ~ 180/110/215.
Got a friend who will break (unofficial since not a World cup) the IPF -105 youth WR at that contest so it will be nice to watch aswell :)

Yeah, actually doing some bench workouts increases your max suprisingly... :D

630 raw, he's done 215/155/230 (with like 15kg left in the tank on DL). He should be able to do around 620 within a week so 630+ in may wouldn't be a problem if he goes into a good weight aswell (like 98kg atm)
I hate him so much for being that strong at 17...

Today started out good, everything felt easy until the maxattempt, everything after that was mega heavy (cleanpulls at 120kg was heavy...)
