My goals rn are to go down to 180lbs. I've been more of a runner the last couple of years, don't care much for lifting anymore tbh. I came down from being 230-250lbs to now being 195lbs. Not too far away from reaching. When I'm 180 ima bulk to 190 and lift 2-2.5 plates. Not overly ambitious but that's the sauce ftm. Keep at er.
More like I've always loved eating lots and lots of good food.
The time I spent not training was filled with pizza and depression so my weight got all the way up to 380lbs and that's despite losing a large portion of my muscle mass from not doing anything good for my health.
I dropped 55 lbs in the last 6 months and I've got 45lbs more to go for my weight goal.
I mostly started training again because I got to a point where it was uncomfortable to do every day things and I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror. Plus, I REALLLLLY missed being strong. Felt like a part of me was missing. I hit a 390lbs bench last week so I'm almost at 4 plates. Then it's just a matter of getting the reps in.
