Hey there ya sick c*nts, I miss everyone!

I've been busy IRL and more recently nursing back cramps. I dropped 40 pounds (212 down to high 160s, then back to low 170s so I won't fall down and die every day), dropped the heavy weights, and got into body weight work; my workouts have been pretty simple lately (1k+ crunches, a few hundred crunches, and dumbbell crap most days), and I like the aesthetic I developed. I've toyed with barbells a bit again recently but when my back when full old man mode after one of my basketball runs, I decided to stay weak for a couple of weeks until I feel 80%+ again.
I'm seeing some nice physiques in here. Keep up the solid work m8s!
