nice front squat, i'm working my way up. totally fell in love with this lift once I got the technique, so that video was mild pornography to my eyes

Id like to see you go at 500. Although the form wasn't perfect, the weight seemed light as fuk

Alright. I held out on squats and only hit 430 because I wasn't feeling good, probably could have done 470+

Bench sucked as usual, 230.

First backsquat workout since I maxed out some weeks ago.
Body felt like shit but I did way better then I could imagine.


Total workout was;
Squats - 50x10/80x8/100x5/120x2/130x1/140x6/130x3
Low boxsquats - 80x5/100x5/130x5/150x5
Fagsquats (I dunno the real name) - 100x3/130x3/150x3/170x3/190x3/200x3

Bench PR today.
Body felt horrible after yesterdays squats but it went good despite that.
It's not a complete paus I know

no offense again, good lift, but your form still seems strange to me. i cant pinpoint it though

I've been benching for about 2 months.
And I am horrible at bench (mega long arms, can't use wide grip either cause damaged wrist)
