Ahh I haven't tested 1RMs in a while, but my best bench was a flat 300 LBS, Deadlift of 345 x 8-9 (never tried going much higher, I don't use a belt and hate sacrificing form for weight), and squat of 315x 5, I don't squat ATG but get slightly below parallel. My bench has always been my best lift, I think I inherited that from my old man.
