I find I’m generally lazier in winter because it’s dark when I’m going to work and often dark coming home. I also tend to sleep in more on days I start late.

that bar is a poor compromise for bad shoulder elbow and wrist ROM. i guarantee your back and shoulder girdle are not as tight as they need to be and your hips are probably under strain because of the instability in your lumbar spine as a result. the belt is stupid too, take that off
