Down to 34 35 inch pant size around and 178 pounds

Just order push-up bar to help ease my neck pain

Going for 3 days yoga retreat should help sleep and muscle pain.

Bought a food scale so even easier now to follow diet plan

Did 59 push-ups today that is all

Yoga weekend sucked dint sleep much getting my push-up bars Thursday did 50 push-ups today and stretching gonna do more about vaccuums

what are your goals? considering you cant lift to build muscle you should be careful losing so much weight.. cuz any weight you gain back will be fat.

Ido plyometrics or light weights like under 40 pounds per arm for exercise mostly looking to stay healthy and getback to gym when my fatigue and pain is better

did 1hour of walking. stretching and 100 pushups not bad. ate cococut creampie 1 8th of cake for my birthday today fun

I think you should just man up and deadlift heavy as possible.

lol i cant go to gym atm so mostly stuck to plyometrics till i can actually leave my house. im good on the deadlift maybe oneday

pullups seem more appropriate for me
