squat pr today, 225x6 is 270 e1rm felt pretty easy too, deadlift form is godawful idk what happened, but back is rounded as fuck (lower back aswell) and feeling a bit of "bruising" on my lower spine, just feels very slightly painful to touch.

gonna go work on deadlift form for like an hour tmrw.

squat 225 x 6 x 6 x 6
bench 180 x 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 x 4
deadlift 295 x 6 x 6

skip to 1:20 cuz that's when i start lifting

didn't know my lats looked like that from behind =o

VI SITTER HÄR I VENTEN OCH SPELAR LITE DOTA.

Looks like you could have shifted balance a bit further back. That might be the reason your back was rounding, you can see it not being able to straighten out even before you initiate the pull.

oh yeah, you're right =o looks like I'm not pulling the bar into me hard enough. Probably just getting lazy, will work on that today, ty!

Tiny powerlifting gym in my city called pr strength club.

At the gym supposed to do be doing gpp/deadlift form work accidentally pulled 345 instead of 315 felt ez AF so I pulled 365 just tried 385 fast as fuck off the floor but couldn't lockout nearly upright just couldn't get it locked :( heaviest I've ever pulled before was 320 (for 5)

Pulled 385 contemplating attempting 4 plate pull, breaking the floor was ez but having trouble locking out
