Used 185lbs for the final round, nice stretch and warmup
Front Squat Mec
Find front squat max. Already know mines 245lbs
6 rounds
4 reps @ 80% Front Squat max
3 @ 85%
2 @ 90%
4 @ 85%
2 @ 95%
6 @ 80%

5 Hangcleans @ 135lbs
10 Toe to Bars
5 rounds even. Took it pretty slow, 4 days off and a hurt shoulder. Felt good though and feels good now.
I remember months ago hang cleans @ 135lbs were murder. Felt relatively easy today
