Yup! Probably one in november and i'l be competing in the open next year and hopefully at least regionals. We'll see.

Well 3 of the girls i workout with are all sisters and one is a professional photographer and she said she wants to come to take pics, so i'm hoping so yes, and they should be even better quality.

As for the open i just do the workouts at my own gym, but i'l probably get all 5 weeks video'd

Ok this is gunna be hard to explain.. It wasn't a super crazy workout, just a sweat fest. Super fun, excited to do something similar in the future.

CARD WOD. Deck of cards in the center of the room mixed up
10 rounds, each round pick 5 cards. Number corresponds with amount of reps of which movement to do. Ie a 5 of clubs is 5 pushups.
Finish with 1000m Row and a 400m run.
Hearts = Burpees
Spades = GHD Situps
Diamonds = Squats
Clubs = Pushups
Face Cards = 10
Aces = 11
Red Joker = 25 Burpees
Black Joker = 50 GHD Situps

Didn't record what i got each round, all i know is i got the Red joker 3 times.
42 Burpees 18pushups my first round. Ew.
Finished 33:28. This took longer than i suspected.

Warmup
10minutes of Working up to your 1rep max Clean and Jerk ( I only went to 175 :P) Felt comfortable but didn't wanna burn my shoulders out for this workout.

7minute AMRAP. Bar on the ground with a 45lb plate and a 10lb plate on each side on the ground
Complete the workout in 7minutes, or 1 point for every rep. 70 Points in total.
Do 10 burpees, then put a 45lb plate on 1 side of the bar.
Do 10 burpees, then put the other 45lb plate on the other side of the bar.
20 Ground to Overheads @ 135lbs ( Can snatch it, clean and jerk, clean it then press it etc etc)
10 Burpees, then put the 10lb plate on 1 side of the bar
10 Burpees then put the other 10lb plate on the other side of the bar
10 Ground to Overheads @ 155lbs for time, or until 7minute time cap.

Got 5 reps @ 155lbs. ( 65 points)
Really have to go quick to get the full 70 points, gonna do this again and smash it next time,

Started with

Snatch deadlift and Snatch grip Hang pulls @ 110% of max Snatch
Used 185lbs for the final round, nice stretch and warmup

Front Squat Mec
Find front squat max. Already know mines 245lbs
6 rounds
4 reps @ 80% Front Squat max
3 @ 85%
2 @ 90%
4 @ 85%
2 @ 95%
6 @ 80%

I think that's how it went..

8 minute AMRAP
5 Hangcleans @ 135lbs
10 Toe to Bars

5 rounds even. Took it pretty slow, 4 days off and a hurt shoulder. Felt good though and feels good now.
I remember months ago hang cleans @ 135lbs were murder. Felt relatively easy today ^_^
