got 275x3 like a champ

although I had to yelp at the spotter (like jimmy) to not touch the bar.
the weight never stopped progressing, and I cld see him inching towards it lol

Wow man wish i could get so fast result like this lol In like 2 months i added 10 lbs at my bench press :blink:

Updated Fitocracy today
First time doing heavy box squats, im usually an ATG kind of guy...

Barbell Box Squat:
135 lb x 15 reps
225 lb x 10 reps
315 lb x 10 reps
365 lb x 6 reps
315 lb x 8 reps
315 lb x 8 reps
Bench was slight lower then parallel, putting me slightly above. Was nice being able to squat without killing my lower back

Damn do box squats raise your numbers that much? lol. never tried them

Well like I said im used to 315x5 atg, so box squat I was liike :o this is much easier!!

I cld do more, but I was having trouble racking the bar n I didnt have a spot -_-

You shld try it, I kno im going to stick with it for a bit to let my lower back heal while still going heavy
