the world record holder for the bench press is 6'2
people need to shut up about having longer arms, if your arms are longer take a wider grip and its the same exact damn thing

lol'd

point was i have long arms for my height, idk if the guy who is world record holder is same situation or not

maybe i will try wider grip tho, i only go to the hash like i was taught

edit and btw its basic physics that the longer your limbs = the more work done (w) think about leverage etc it all plays into it

sick of short ppl bitching at tall people who realize physics isnt made up

and gj dude. I'll make sure to get some vids up these next few days.

You feel as though the belt makes a difference?

Thanks, I should just rename this to 7DS video thread, lol.

Uh, not really lol I dont think I had it tight enough, but if I wear it to tight, I can't get a good breath.

looks a lot better than the previous.

question I been meaning to ask, what's up with those shoes?

I'm assuming you have a different pair for cardio purposes.

Yea, flat shoes = you're on your heels more.
I had better chalk today.

John, you're obviously going for raw deadlift power there so i'll be strict on the judging.

Your old videos you sent me with the hex plates were better on form. Your back was straight and in that 395, I see a slightly rounded back.

Also since you're starting from dead weight on each rep (making you awesome, obviously), you should control the weight down as well. You seem to just drop it off past your knees.

You're improving alot tho, so keep that shit up!

Yea, I was kinda rushing it I guess b/c I had a guy there who had to leave for work, who was giving me a ton of pointers.
New gym though, wasen't use to the set up and everything.

Eh, I dont really care *that* much about dropping it slow, other than I could get hurt, it'd benefit me more to get it back up one more time, rather than ease it down and not get that last one.

I know what you mean, but it's just so rare to see someone deadlift every rep from dead weight, I figured you might as well make it competition lift.

Also, new gym cause round plates? :D Fucking hex plates ruin deadlift so badly lol
