Your old videos you sent me with the hex plates were better on form. Your back was straight and in that 395, I see a slightly rounded back.
Also since you're starting from dead weight on each rep (making you awesome, obviously), you should control the weight down as well. You seem to just drop it off past your knees.

Yea, I was kinda rushing it I guess b/c I had a guy there who had to leave for work, who was giving me a ton of pointers.
New gym though, wasen't use to the set up and everything.
Eh, I dont really care *that* much about dropping it slow, other than I could get hurt, it'd benefit me more to get it back up one more time, rather than ease it down and not get that last one.
