Nop it wasn't calipers it was a electric machine which is y i doubt its 100% on accurate so im guessing the machine is to show a estimate? just guessing if it is accurate then it said im 7.1% body fat

ahh while you are pretty lean those things arent very accurate id say your 10 at the most though which is still very good

dont like about my arms? im not lying, what i remember from summer was something 16+, now i dont know if ive lost muscle mass or what, but all i know is that my forearms were like 13-14 and my biceps were 16+

just measured with a normal tape measure by myself so maybe it wasnt in the right position or whatever, but they were 16, i threw out 18 as an estimate but i think it was 17 back then (during summer) because i worked out all summer, every other day, used nanovapor and drank protein after but as soon as summer hit my workout buddy (with all the equiptment) ditched me for a self-health class at his school which is a class that you work out in, so from summer to now, im sure ive lost muscle mass seeing as how theres no gym to go to and i just now got a gym class to workout in for a grand total of like 15 minutes
