Aka lean bulk.

Figure out your maintenance calories/macros then go in a slight surplus (like 200-300 calories over maintenance in general).
Track weight each morning and you should see a slight trend upward overtime. (Shoot for like 2-4 lb. gain/month)
You can only gain muscle so fast, all out bulks aren't recommended for numerous reasons.
