I only full atg when I do olifts. Yeah my knees feel a lot better with few months of rest, fishoil, knee sleeves and I try to train smarter too.
Always had problem converting high rep lifts to 1rm. I used to do 9x100kg on bench and max at 115kg. -> not used to heavy weights.
I've got the same issue, high reps work fine, 1RM fails

It will be a race towards 400lbs for us
