I guess you stopped going mega-atg (like you did before) thanks to the knee?

I only full atg when I do olifts. Yeah my knees feel a lot better with few months of rest, fishoil, knee sleeves and I try to train smarter too.

Always had problem converting high rep lifts to 1rm. I used to do 9x100kg on bench and max at 115kg. -> not used to heavy weights.

I've got the same issue, high reps work fine, 1RM fails :(

It will be a race towards 400lbs for us B)

Will reach 405 at my comp for sure even if I might be a little light for my weight class. :)

random question - what are the tights you are wearing/where do you get them? (I've been looking for new shit for training - I found Nike tights I like, but they are only available in the UK -__-)

My friend doing 150/330x2 @ 17 years old, he had 1-2 left in him aswell.

the guy barely has to move his arms until it reaches his chest lol, nice lift though

Yeah his ROM is ridiculous...but his bridge is really good so that helps alot (he is actually over 180cm so no manlet either).
