Thanks alot for info. Im assuming that is brown pasta + no sauce correct? And what are some of the veggies you would reccomend.

Also is there some kind of multivitamin you would recommend? Same with the Omega

hey....yes whole grain pasta....as far as sauce you can use some olive oil, garlic and romano cheese which is amazing.

edit:

veggies would be - anything except for potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, corn, or peas.

Some of my favs include: broccoli, cauliflower, escarole, spinach, dandelions, kale, collard greens, and rappini (broccoli rab)

Hum forgot to ask a couple questions.

With the oats can I use skim milk with it?
On the salad, is a raspberry vinaigrette fine? Also what type of salad or does it matter? I like those spinach salads.
Sauce or anything on the pasta?(Maybe real Parmesan cheese?)
Chicken breast I'm assuming has to be grilled or boiled?
And same question from last post what veggies are best? Would steamed bok choy be good?(Very tasty in my opinion)

1. yes this is fine
2. no, olive oil + vinegar or lemon only. Spinach salad is perfect...spinach is way better than lettuce.
3. already explained this in the above post
4. grilled, boiled, broiled, baked, etc - just not fried.
5. already explained this in the above post - and yes bok choy is fine and yeah it is pretty good

is this true: 100 body squats before a workout will release testosteone and help you get bigger over your weightlifting time or is it the same as not doing any?
and would it be better not to ejaculate at all because of testosterone levls will drop?

could you message me so i can talk in more depth about body building?
curious about:

nutrition
lifting schedules
supplements
and more crap thanks alot :)

VERY interesting questions....haven't had a lot of people ask me either of these over the years....

here are your answers:

1. While squats force testosterone production and release GH, it is not immediate. Therefore doing them BEFORE a workout is pretty useless. If you wish to do some heavy squats 2x a week, and body squats at home when you aren't at the gym, this is fine and right before bed is the best time for these because of the gradual GH production.

2. ejaculating...you'd have to bust a load 15+ times a day for it to do anything negative against your test levels to be honest....feel free to enjoy all the sex you want....as it also releases stress, builds endurance, and aids in a health lifestyle (as long as you're safe that is lol)

3. at this time I can not help people via PM - sorry but I can't handle the 3-4 hour a day workload on jsp anymore from pm's alone

Hum this may seem like a stupid question but im going to ask it anyway. You said I can use some olive oil/garlic/romano cheese as a sauce for pasta. If I use the same amount of olive oil that i would put on the pasta and add some fresh galic to it and cook the chicken in that is it ok? adding some romano cheese once i stir in the pasta.

lets not get into this debate...we are not in a botany forum....for all intent and purpose, a tomato is a veggie in this thread...you eat tomatoes with salad and as a sauce with your meal...not as a hand fruit or mixed with your protein shake. Seeds or no seeds...here it is a veggie.
