PR on deadlift today, felt pretty easy for being the first real DL workout since december.
Tried 210 but form started to give up(friends said it was still OK but felt worse then I allow) so I gave it up.

my tought exactly, 405= 4x 45 on each side so i don't really get what these other plates are.

Need to get used to form for deadlifts again.
Haven't done them since October last year, just getting back into lifting.

Somtimes I lock out my legs before it's up. :S
